Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times:
Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
SONA will cover any customs and taxes applied to your order. The customer will not be responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g. tariffs, taxes).


3. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.


4. Lost or Damaged Items

SONA is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence.
