Cancellation policy
1. Subscription Overview
When you purchase a subscription from SONA, you are agreeing to recurring charges for the duration of your chosen plan (e.g., Monthly or Annual). These charges will be billed automatically to your stored payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. To cancel:

Customer Account: Log into your account at sona.helps, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and select the option to cancel.

Email Support: Send a cancellation request to hello@sona.helps at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
3. Effective Date of Cancellation
Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features or services until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time in a billing cycle after a cancellation is requested.
4. Free Trials
If your purchase included a free trial period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the full subscription term. If you do not cancel within this window, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
5. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
For "Buy Now, Ship Later" items:

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has entered the fulfillment process (typically within 1–3 business days of the estimated shipping date).

Once an order has been processed for shipping, our standard Return Policy applies.
6. Updates to this Policy
SONA reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be updated on this page and, for active subscribers, communicated via the email address associated with your account.
